Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for next month's bout.
Former twice world title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it emphasized just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
